Nevada’s Bio
After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, Nevada’s musical interest and passion had him join a combo during 7th grade. From there and into high school he led various groups as bassist and lead vocalist performing mostly classic rock. While in college he joined a 10 piece horn group playing bass and acting as lead vocalist performing material by Chicago and Blood, Sweat & Tears among others.
After two years of performing with that group Nevada joined a music variety show which traveled the United States and Canada and found himself adding guitar, drums and banjo to his onstage arsenal. Upon leaving after 2.5 years he once again fronted a trio which was the Playboy Clubs house band for 3 months.
Always interested in the recording process, Nevada joined forces and equipment with Pumpkin Studio’s Gary Loizzo as assistant engineer on many recording sessions during the day while still performing at night.
The groups eventually disbanded and Nevada found himself recording background tracks between sessions which he would eventually use in his own solo career as guitarist / vocalist which began shortly before relocation to SW Florida where he currently resides.
